The Company
Sea Point Marine Ltd is a truly independent Shipbroking, Consultancy and Training company created to provide a quality bespoke service for each individual client.
Our office is located on the beautiful Kent coast within easy reach of London and the ports of Ramsgate, Dover and Folkestone.
The Business
​In the world of shipping, the transportation of liquids in bulk is one of the most complex, highly specialised and stringently regulated fields in existence.
Every product shipped has its own unique carriage conditions devised to ensure safe conveyance and to maintain product integrity.
Chemical and Oil Tankers are among the most technologically advanced vessels afloat with varying levels of sophistication in their design - ranging from those suited to relatively uncomplicated trading with single grade 'commodity type' products up to ships capable of carrying multiple speciality chemical 'parcels' for a number of different customers on every voyage.
Why Sea Point ?
We possess a thorough working knowledge of the conditions of carriage for every product transported, every vessel type available, and the international regulations which apply to the seaborne transportation of liquids in bulk.
We are also fully conversant with the Charter Parties and clauses used in our industry - to the extent of having drafted complete sets of legally binding 'rider clauses' for various clients according to their requirements.
With almost 40 years in the industry, strong, long lasting relationships have been forged with people and companies all over the world. Their trust has been earned borne of the confidence that their business will always be conducted in a professional and capable manner with the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.

The Aim
With decades of experience in the shipping business as a principal and broker, we are well aware of the pitfalls and frustrations which can arise from a poorly executed service provision. By launching Sea Point our aim is to deliver a quality service which is tailor-made for you - to fulfil your specific requirements and eliminate those frustrations which used to affect us too.
