This leaves a lot to be desired, as whilst the 'coach' may excel in their own job, they may not have the time or the skillset required to adequately and coherently teach others. Furthermore, their own knowledge base may be incomplete or flawed, which could be perpetuated down the line with potentially disastrous results.
